After a bumpy start to the week, I went out today shopping with Ian, leaving Claire with a friend. I enjoyed spending time with my little man. He is so handsome and funny. He will only pretend to run away. When I act like I'm walking away without him he comes running. I let him out of the stroller and he waddled around the mall. Funny thing. Since he's been off the breast, he's done pretty well. But when I let him out of the stroller he walked right into Victoria's Secret. I think he saw some cleavage and wanted a piece. I could almost see him licking his lips and salivating.
Monday I decided to be a super mom and take the kids out after a morning of organizing. So we decided to go to the "Bouncy House." Well my hair looked really good that day and it was pouring rain and there wasn't any parking at the bouncy house, so we decided to go to the museum instead since it's down the road.
I texted(?) Rob back and forth for a while and he wasn't able to come over for lunch so we headed out after playing to our hearts content. On the freeway, the car felt really funny and I pulled off to the shoulder. Yep, we had a flat tire. Whew, good thing I have a cell phone! So I didn't panic. I was proud for actually having it with me. LOW BATTERY! Okay, I can make this fast. Rob picks up "Rob, I'm on the side of the freeway and we have a flat tire!" Nothing. I look at my phone and it shut off. Did Rob hear any of that? It turns out he didn't.
Yada Yada Yada. It was pouring rain, my hair got messed up anyway, DANG IT! I didn't leave the house yesterday, until book group, because I was so nervous about history repeating itself. I did decide to go shopping today with my cell phone fully charged. Rob even let me borrow the spare tire from his car! What a sweet man.

We've gotta get you a car charger for your phone! So what happened with the tire? And I'm so proud of Ian...you've trained the boy well. At least we understand where the male fascination of breasts and lingerie comes from!
Sounds like a fun day in the life of Juliann...I can't believe how big Claire if getting. She looks like such a big girl.

How ambitious of you to take the kids out. I think I need to get out of the house more often to prevent going totally stir-crazy. So, you changed the tire yourself! Excellent work.
